1. All of our cakes are 100% handmade. Therefore, our products may not be of exact likeness in terms of color, look, and size as the pictures, sketches, or pegs. However, we always make sure that we produce gorgeous cakes for you to enjoy.

2. To preserve the freshness and quality of your cake, you have the responsibility to store the cake in a chiller. You also acknowledge that the cake must be consumed within 2 to 3 days.

3. Once you place your order, this signifies that you have agreed and will abide by Hearts and Bells' Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply gives Hearts and Bells the right to cancel the order.
